We recently configured openfiler to use Lio Target. Micrsoft HyperV requires the user of SCSI-3 persistent reservations. Openfiler uses iSCSI Enterprise Target (IET) for its implmentation of the iSCSI protocol. IET does not include support for SCSI 3 persisten reservations. We were able to sucessfuly integrate the newer Linux-iSCSI.org (LIO) target into Openfiler, using the resource scripts from Pacemaker 3.x.
