GMP Networks has customized a popular opensource trouble ticketing system called OTRS (Open Ticket Request System). OTRS has over 30,000 downloads to date and is under active development by the open source community. GMP has customized several fields and screens in the product to meet specific requirements for the real estate indusdtry. The product is in active use at our customer site. GMP also has this product and its new release running in our lab.
